By using Tussle!, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.

2. Description of Service

Tussle! is a simple competition tracking app that allows friends to create and participate in friendly competitions by logging metrics and progress.

3. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate language in usernames, competition names, or any content
• Upload, share, or link to pornographic, explicit, or sexually suggestive images
• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory
• Upload images containing drugs, weapons, violence, or other illicit materials
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Create competitions or content that promotes dangerous activities
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse our service
• Share inappropriate personal information about yourself or others
• Create fake competitions or submit false data with malicious intent

Specifically Prohibited Content:

• Profanity or vulgar language in any user-facing content
• Sexually explicit or suggestive imagery
• Content promoting self-harm, eating disorders, or dangerous weight loss methods
• Spam, advertising, or commercial content
• Copyright-infringing material

4. Content and Privacy

• You retain ownership of content you upload
• You grant us permission to display your content within the service
• We may remove any content that violates these terms
• We are not responsible for content uploaded by users
• Photos uploaded through third-party services (like Imgur) are subject to their terms

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms, without notice.

6. Service Availability

Tussle! is provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time. We are not liable for data loss or service interruptions

7. Limitation of Liability

Tussle! and its creators are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, privacy breaches, or misuse by other users.

8. Age Requirement

Users must be at least 13 years old to use Tussle!. Users under 18 should have parental permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
